Arcadia Cigars Cancellation and Returns Overview
Right to Cancel
Period: Cancel within 14 days from the date we confirm your order until 14 days after receiving your products.
Exceptions: Cannot cancel orders for:
Products unsealed that can't be returned for health/hygiene reasons.
Custom-made goods.

Confirmation: We'll confirm receipt of your cancellation via email.

Refunds
General Refunds: Full refund minus any handling-induced value reduction. Standard delivery costs are refunded, excluding premium options.
Faulty Products: Full refund, including all delivery and return costs.
Refund Timeline: Within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.
Refund Method: Using your original payment method.
Returning Products
Deadline: Return within 14 days of cancellation. Return costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Legal Rights
- Your statutory rights regarding faulty or mis-described goods are not affected. Consult local Citizens' Advice or Trading Standards for information.
Additional Information
International Delivery: Tobacco products cannot be shipped internationally.
Pricing and Charges: Prices are as listed at order time. VAT included; changes in VAT will reflect in the price you pay. Delivery charges are extra and communicated during checkout.
Pricing Errors: We'll inform you of any errors, offering the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel. If unreachable, we cancel the order and notify you.
