Arcadia Cigars Product Acceptance Policy
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to maintain the high standards and integrity of Arcadia Cigars product offerings by regulating the source of our inventory.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all merchandise received, handled, and sold by Arcadia Cigars, including products from suppliers, customers, and third parties.
3. Policy Statement
Arcadia Cigars does not accept any cigar products from customers or third parties. All products must be sourced directly from verified and approved suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with legal and safety standards.
4. Compliance
Employees are required to adhere strictly to this policy. Any exceptions must be approved by management in writing. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
5. Review and Modification
This policy is subject to review and adjustment at the discretion of Arcadia Cigars management, to adapt to evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
