Certain pieces are not offered as standard retail products, but rather released under controlled allocation.
Accordingly:
All allocation, sourced, and special-order items are considered final upon confirmation.
Orders, once placed and paid, are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Fulfilment initiates immediate supplier commitments, logistics arrangements, and duty processes that are not recoverable.
Price matching, retrospective adjustments, or market-based revisions are not offered under any circumstance.
Completion of a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.
In exceptional cases, the House may elect to offer store credit at its sole discretion. This remains a gesture, not an obligation.
