Introduction

Arcadia Cigars operates as a curatorial house, where each order is prepared, handled, and dispatched with consideration for its provenance, condition, and intended delivery.

The following outlines the terms governing order processing, shipment, and delivery.


Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared within one to three business days following confirmation of payment.

During periods of elevated demand or limited releases, preparation times may extend. In such cases, fulfilment remains subject to availability and allocation.


Delivery Methods

Where available, the House offers a range of delivery services, including standard, expedited, and priority dispatch.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance and do not constitute a guarantee, unless explicitly stated.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated in accordance with parcel weight, selected delivery method, and destination.

All applicable charges are presented prior to confirmation of the order.


Shipping Eligibility & International Orders

Arcadia Cigars does not ship to third-party destinations.

Orders are fulfilled exclusively to the country of residence of the client and must correspond with the originating payment jurisdiction. Deliveries to forwarding services, alternative addresses, or mismatched billing regions are not accepted.

International shipping, where permitted, remains restricted to approved destinations and is subject to verification.

Any duties, taxes, or import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


Order Verification

In line with regulatory obligations and fraud-prevention measures, certain transactions — particularly international or high-value orders — may require additional verification.

The House reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not meet verification requirements.


Dispatch & Tracking

Upon dispatch, clients will receive confirmation together with tracking details, enabling the progress of the shipment to be monitored.


Shipping Restrictions

Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are not supported.

Certain products may be restricted from international shipment due to regulatory, customs, or import conditions.


Delays

While every effort is made to ensure timely dispatch, Arcadia Cigars is not responsible for delays arising from external factors beyond its control, including carrier disruption, customs processing, weather conditions, or force majeure.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Should a shipment arrive in a compromised condition, or fail to arrive, clients are asked to notify the House promptly.

Arcadia Cigars will liaise with the carrier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange resolution in accordance with its policies.
