House Allocation, Commercial Purchase & Release Policy

Arcadia Cigars operates as a curatorial retail house, presenting allocation-led releases to private collectors and discerning patrons. Our portfolio is structured around provenance, rarity, and disciplined distribution rather than volume commerce.

All products are offered for personal enjoyment and private collection. Arcadia Cigars does not operate as a wholesaler and does not authorise third-party resale of its allocations.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline, limit, or cancel orders that are deemed commercial in character, inconsistent with retail allocation standards, or indicative of resale intent.

Vintage and Regional Edition releases are presented under Arcadia’s allocation discipline and archival standards. Each piece is individually examined prior to dispatch, with particular attention to condition, provenance, and presentation integrity. Only following this considered review are items securely prepared for shipment.

Owing to their collectible nature, limited issuance, and allocation-based character, such expressions are offered on a final-sale basis once dispatched.

Requests for return or exchange arising from a change of preference, subsequent resale considerations, or post-delivery handling conditions cannot be accommodated.

Nothing within this policy affects statutory rights in the unlikely event that a product is demonstrably not as described.
