Refund policy

Our Commitment

Arcadia Cigars operates as a curatorial house, presenting cigars through both standard retail channels and allocation-led releases. Each piece is offered with consideration, in accordance with its provenance, rarity, and intended use.

Clients are invited to review the following terms prior to acquisition.

Standard Retail Returns

For items offered under standard retail conditions, return requests may be considered within fourteen days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, undamaged, and preserved in its original presentation.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and require valid proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable, except where the return arises from an error on the part of the House.

Returns are accepted solely where the item is demonstrably not as described, or has arrived in a faulty or compromised condition. Requests arising from changes in preference, market fluctuation, or alternative pricing found elsewhere cannot be accommodated.

Allocation, Vintage & Regional Releases

Certain cigars, including vintage selections, regional editions, and allocation-led releases, are presented under the House Allocation & Release framework.

Given their limited issuance, collectible character, and controlled distribution, such pieces are offered on a final-sale basis once dispatched.

Returns or exchanges based on preference, secondary market considerations, or post-delivery handling conditions cannot be accepted. This position does not affect statutory rights where goods are materially not as described.

Returns Procedure

Return requests for eligible retail items must be initiated in advance through the House.

Upon approval, a Return Authorisation will be issued. The item must be returned securely, accompanied by all original materials and clearly marked with the assigned reference.

Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are regarded as confirmed upon receipt of payment.

In the absence of material defect or fulfilment error, such orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Allocation-based pre-orders, once dispatched, are considered final.

Exchanges

Where availability permits, exchanges may be arranged for standard retail items, subject to prior approval.

Allocation-led releases remain excluded from exchange under all circumstances.

Click & Collect

Collections are conducted exclusively with the named purchaser. Valid photographic identification corresponding to the order details must be presented at the point of collection.

Third-party collection is not permitted, in accordance with regulatory, verification, and security requirements.

Commercial Purchase & Resale

Arcadia Cigars operates as a retail house for private collectors and personal enjoyment.

The House reserves the right to decline or limit transactions deemed commercial in nature, including bulk purchasing inconsistent with allocation standards. Orders may be refused or cancelled where resale intent is reasonably inferred.

Arcadia Cigars does not operate as a wholesale distributor and does not authorise third-party resale of its allocations.
